Creative Media Project: Risk Assessment and consent forms

Below is the Risk Assessment for my filming in the studio and all the Consent forms from those who participated in my documentary. This is an important step to ensure safety but also so the people who are participating have a proper understanding of what the projects is about as well as knowing their rights when participating. Both of these are in relation to documentary ethics, which I thought was very important when working with people. When working with people it is not just yourself that you are thinking of but as the film maker you have to make sure that it is a safe environment for others too and by giving them a proper understanding and making them aware of any potential risks I believe that this creates a safer environment for everyone involved.
