When doing research for a project recourses are crucial; they can be broken into three main categories. These categories being: people, capital and material goods all of which involve different things. People as a resource includes: people's time, yourself, tutors, participants such as interviewees, even friends and family. Capital Resources include: financial capital meaning budget, natural capital which is environmental like locations, human capital being skills as well as knowledge and experience being applied to the project. And social capital for example good will and the understanding that facilitate co-operation. Finally there is material goods as a resource which involves equipment, software, consumables, tools and transport basically anything physical involved.
As well as discussing resources we discussed motivation in terms of doing the research and production. This lead us to Maslow's hierarchy of needs.
