Critical reflection

19/10/22: Critical reflection is an extension of “critical thinking”. It asks us to think about our practice and ideas and then it challenges us to step-back and examine our thinking. It asks us to not only delve into the past and look at the present but importantly it asks us to speculate about the future and act. Having an understanding of this as well as understanding my own learning cycle I intend to use both within my own workings, being able to process and assess in such detail and then act on it will hopefully mean my work is of its best quality and therefore mean that it is successful.
