Next tasks for the class:

The process the design team went through to get to our final logo and look for branding is all in the images below. Our final look branding design for our show is now on our social media; one being Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Creative-Pixels-22-110855351527846/?ref=page_internal) Not only did the design team have a role to play in this process but the classes feedback also helped in the process. Along with branding we also need to take profile pictures as well as start videoing content to post on social media. This is important as we need to make sure we engage our audience effectively so that they remain interested in our work and the event.

The ideas the design team went through are below; all of the ideas has good elements but weren't strong enough on their own. I feel that the merge of these ideas was the best option and made a successful brand for our event.


Next tasks for me:

With our identity set and things steadily moving ahead I needed to be more hands on and involved. Despite booking out equipment and being focused on the communication within the group I wanted to have a little creative input within the event. So a task that was set was writing an intro/about page in the catalogue we are creating and this was something I was more than happy to help with. As well as this I need to collect everyone's work for the catalogue and get updated bios so that the catalogue can be ready to send off for printing.
