Professional Practice: A rough summary of what I have done so far

Being event organizer again has made it slightly easier for me this time round as I have been more familiar with what I have had to do. I feel that this has also helped the group more in the long run. Things I have done this time round include; booking out equipment for photography and videography shoots, gathering information for example what things are needed for individual exhibition space? when people are available to help with set up?, making sure people are aware of progress that has been made as well as informing everyone on anything they need to know like when photo's are being taken and what to wear etc.. Some of this information was given out in regular meetings that were organized by myself and Ellie the Event manager, these meetings were so everyone would be up to date with everything going on with the event prep. We held the meetings both online and in person so that everyone had the opportunity to attend and stay updated.

A lot of my role was acted out in person as I found that it was the easiest way to communicate effectively below are some of the lists and notes made in a couple of the meetings.
